Held annually on July 31st at Shirotori Shrine in Higashikagawa City. It’s a summer purification ritual called “Nagoshi” that has been continued since ancient times, where sins and impurities are purified halfway through the year, and prayers for good health and well-being for the remaining half of the year are offered.
